Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie, operated by Boyne Resorts, is seeking a Rental Supervisor to oversee rental shop operations and guest experiences. You will train staff, manage daily floor activities, and coordinate with other departments to keep service fast and smooth.

Responsibilities include inventory control, staff scheduling, and resolving guest concerns promptly. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Directly supervise up to 25 employees in the Rental Shop(s).
• Certification requirements for binding manufacturers within 7–14 days of starting.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and supervise rental staff during shifts.
• Manage inventory, cleaning, and special projects.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and optimize guest flow.
