Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to address guest and staff concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Proficiency in inputting data in a computer system, including MS Office.
• Accurate mathematical calculations using 10-key calculator.
• Analytical mindset to assess reservation trends and make decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Reservations Department operations to maximize revenue.
• Monitor group room blocks, yield management, and rate restrictions.
• Process group rooming lists and reservations in the system.
• Prepare rooms reports and forecast monthly and annually.
• Communicate clearly with staff and manage attendance.
