Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Group Coordinator for the Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village. This on-site role oversees group room blocks, inputting guest data, and coordinating with Reservations to maximize revenue.

Experience in hotel operations and strong communication skills are required. The position involves analyzing inventory, forecasting, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth group bookings and optimal occupancy.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to handle guest and associate concerns professionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data input.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Rooms Inventory using Yield Management to maximize occupancy and rate.
• Process and handle group rooming lists and reservations in the reservations system.
• Calculate and prepare rooms reports to identify sources of business.
• Assist in developing forecasts for the Rooms Department monthly and annually.
• Communicate clearly with staff and comply with attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
