Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts in Orlando seeks an experienced hospitality leader to plan and manage Restaurant, Room Service, and other food and beverage outlets. The role focuses on achieving customer satisfaction, service quality, and regulatory compliance while meeting financial goals.

You will direct daily operations, recruit and develop staff, implement programs, monitor budgets, and respond to guest needs to drive revenue and guest loyalty. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel operations and budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods; direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage the Human Resources in the various outlets to attract, retain and motivate associates; interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination.
• Implement company programs and manage the operations of the Restaurant, Room Service and any other food and beverage outlet to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations while meeting financial goals.
• Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate staff.
• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
• Create, recommend, and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations to capture more in-house guests and local market share.
• Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
