Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Reservations/Rooms Coordinator to oversee the Reservations Department operations for group room blocks and guest needs. You will input reservations, monitor inventory with yield management to maximize occupancy and rate, and produce regular reports for forecasting.

Ideal candidates have hotel experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with reservations systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Hotel industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy in addressing guest concerns.
• Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operation of Reservations Department for group bookings and guest blocks.
• Monitor room inventory and apply yield management to maximize occupancy and rate.
• Process group rooming lists and reservations in the reservations system.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for Rooms Department monthly and annually.
