PENN Entertainment in Henderson, NV, seeks a Group Reservations Coordinator to coordinate group reservations and conferences, create and manage group room blocks, and input cut-off dates and rooming lists.

You will communicate with group contacts, participate in pre-conference meetings with the sales team, and provide courteous, professional service to staff and guests while upholding confidentiality and company policies.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in booking group reservations and conferences preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate group reservations and conference processes, including creation and management of group room blocks
• Maintain cut-off dates and accurately input rooming lists
• Communicate with group contacts and participate in pre-conference meetings alongside the sales team
• Provide courteous and professional service to all staff and guests
