Job summary

Palms is seeking a Group Reservations Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead our group reservations function, manage inventory and rates, and maximize revenue. You will supervise a minimum of two direct reports and coordinate with Sales, Entertainment, and Accounting to ensure top-notch guest service and efficient booking processes.

You will review reservations and group modifications, maintain reporting tools, and communicate with external clients and third-party companies to optimize room inventory

Qualifications

• Experience in group reservations and revenue-focused roles.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate with Sales, Entertainment, Accounting, and clients.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, rates and reporting within Resort Services.
• Process group reservations, modifications, cancellations and rate changes per policy.
• Monitor group blocks, upsell inventory, and generate reporting for leadership meetings.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and third-party partners to ensure seamless service.
