MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Group Housing Specialist I to coordinate group housing, manage room blocks, and ensure seamless guest experiences across MGM properties.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams, handle contract details, and optimize group room blocks using Passkey and related systems. A background in guest services and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of prior guest service experience.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Handle housing-related tasks for groups (Passkey links, block setup, rates, PMS entries).
• Act as liaison for meeting/event clients with internal hotel departments.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and internal partners across departments.
• Review contracts and ensure proper room block setup, attrition, and charges.
• Monitor inventory, rates, and room availability for groups and events.
• Ensure special guest requests (late checkout, VIP setup, ADA needs) are met.
