Responsibilities

• Input group blocks and rooming lists to set up and maintain billing.
• Input delegate lists for group blocks in LMS.
• Set up profiles for individual delegates and group master accounts; ensure charges match reservations.
• Maintain communication with Meeting Planners and coordinate changes as requested.
• Process billing, pull backing up information, verify postings and route to Accounting.
• Research and resolve disputes from Meeting Planners.
