Job summary

IHG Hotels in the United States seeks a Reservations Coordinator to monitor group check-ins, input rooming lists, and manage changes for both current and future groups. You will work closely with the Sales/Catering teams and Front Office to ensure accurate billing, reports, and customer service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating with VIPs and staff, and training teammates as needed. A strong background in hospitality operations and proficient in Opera is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 1-2 year previous experience in a 4-star hotel.
• Follow verbal and written instructions; communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Delphi, Passkey and Opera experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives GRI and contracts for current and future groups from Sales and catering; inputs in Reservations-Opera.
• Monitors reservations and inputs rooming lists and deposits for convention groups.
• Handles changes, requests, confirmations, billing info promptly.
• Coordinates and routes proper billing within each group, especially VIPs and staff.
• Prints reports and maintains weekly group forecasts and cutoff reports.
