Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Book guest reservations for individuals or groups via phone or hotel system, applying commissions as needed.
• Up-sell rooms when possible and use yield management to maximize occupancy.
• Process cancellations and updates; assist with bookings at other hotels if needed.
• Provide information about local attractions, directions, and hotel services to guests.
