Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Supervisor in the United States to lead group bookings and production reservations while ensuring accurate block management and a smooth guest journey. You will supervise reservations agents, ensuring brand standards and service excellence across events and productions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Events, and Commercial teams to optimize blocks, rates, and data flows, driving growth while maintaining operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in hotel reservations with group bookings exposure.
• Strong PMS/CRS skills (OnQ preferred; Opera helpful).
• Advanced Excel skills for production and pace reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end group reservations from block setup to rooming list reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Events, and Commercial teams to load and update blocks.
• Manage group inventory, flag pick-up risk, and address discrepancies.
• Be the main contact for group bookers and travel partners from booking to arrival.
• Lead reservations SOPs and train agents on process, systems, and quality standards.
• Support production bookings, rates, and data flow into commercial decision making.
• Improve processes to reduce manual work and revenue leakage.
