Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Group Reservations professional in the United States, Florida. The role focuses on managing all aspects of group room blocks, from turnover to departure, and serving as the main liaison with Sales Managers for group activity.

Responsibilities include creating reservations in the PMS, maintaining booking links, and processing group rooming lists. Strong organizational skills and hospitality experience are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel reservations, room inventory management, and group block administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Manage all group room blocks from sales turnover through final departure.
• Serve as the primary contact for Sales Managers regarding group reservation activity and block management.
• Create and maintain group reservations within the property management system.
• Establish and manage group reservation booking links and booking methods.
• Process, audit, and update rooming lists received from group contacts.
• Coordinate rooming list changes, additions, cancellations, and special requests.
• Monitor group pickup, manage cut-off dates, and communicate trends to Sales Managers.

Formation

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
