Job summary

Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to manage all aspects of group blocks from turnover through departure. The role serves as the primary liaison to Sales Managers and ensures accurate group reservations in our PMS.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in hotel operations or group housing, strong organizational skills, and experience with reservation systems. Familiarity with OnQ is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations, reservations, sales support, front office, or group housing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Hilton brand standards and property management systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all group room blocks from turnover through final departure.
• Serve as primary contact for Sales Managers regarding group reservations.
• Create and maintain group reservations in the property management system.
• Establish and manage group booking links and booking methods.
• Process and audit rooming lists from group contacts.
• Coordinate rooming list changes, additions, or cancellations.
• Monitor group pickup and communicate trends to Sales Managers.
