Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to manage day-to-day group room blocks and reservations, ensuring accuracy from setup through arrival and reconciliation.

You will collaborate with Reservations, Event Management, Sales and Front Office to support smooth group arrivals, maintain notes and booking details, and deliver responsive service to group contacts and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Reservations experience preferred.
• Experience with group room blocks and rooming lists is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple groups and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and monitor group room blocks in the hotel systems.
• Process rooming lists, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Monitor pickup, block utilization, inventory, and cutoff dates; communicate concerns or opportunities.
• Attend weekly Group Pickup Meetings to review status and actions.
• Serve as Reservations contact for group room-related questions.
• Coordinate with Event Managers on rooming lists and VIPs.
• Ensure accurate reflection of rates, room types, dates, and booking details in systems.
• Conduct pre-arrival reviews for upcoming groups and ensure billing instructions are accurate.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to support group arrivals.
