Job summary

Palms Casino Resort is seeking a Group Reservations Supervisor to provide high-level administrative support to the Resort Services Management Team and Revenue, serving as a liaison between Sales, Entertainment, Accounting and external clients. The role includes supervising at least two direct reports, ensuring efficient booking and communication for contracted room blocks.

Primary duties focus on maximizing revenue through effective group reservations management, including processing group

Qualifications

• Experience in group reservations and revenue management is preferred.
• Familiarity with HMS and Passkey systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of inventory, rates and reporting within Resort Services.
• Review and process reservation and group modifications, additions, cancellations, and revisions.
• Process group rooming listings in HMS and Passkey.
• Monitor group blocks, pick-ups, and adjustments.
• Provide updates on groups and historical patterns affecting inventory/revenue.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and techniques.
• Monitor inventory and upsell opportunities to support group block adjustments.
• Review billing profiles, reservation rates, stay dates and related information.
• Attend meetings with clients and property staff as needed, acting as a liaison.
• Compile reports for Resort Services, Groups and Wholesale Management.
