Job summary

Meyer Jabara Hotels in Florida seeks a Group Reservations Coordinator to manage group room blocks and act as the main liaison with Sales Managers. You will create and maintain group reservations in the property management system and handle booking links and rooming lists.

The role requires experience in hotel operations or group housing, familiarity with reservation systems, and strong organizational and communication skills. OnQ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor in Hospitality preferred.
• 1–3 years hotel ops, reservations, sales support, front office, or group housing experience preferred.
• Full-service hotel and Hilton brand experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel reservations, room inventory management, and group block administration.
• Knowledge of hospitality property management systems (OnQ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage all group room blocks from turnover to departure.
• Serve as primary contact for Sales Managers on group reservations.
• Create and maintain group reservations in the property management system.
• Establish and manage group booking links and methods.
• Process and audit rooming lists from group contacts.
• Coordinate rooming list changes and special requests.
• Monitor group pickup and communicate trends to Sales Managers.
• Ensure accurate billing instructions with Front Office and Accounting.
