Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio within the ZT1 group. You’ll own vision, strategy, and roadmaps for innovative products, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to build and launch, while working with revenue and business teams to scale new offerings.

You will turn high-level ideas into durable, scalable businesses by driving end-to-end product development, owning UI/UX, and applying AI tools to prototypes and testing with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping consumer or platform products.
• Experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, data, design without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Understand Customers & Strategic Context: Build a deep understanding of Affirm's users, merchants, and partners.
• Set Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: Define problem spaces and a focused roadmap with leadership.
• Lead Zero-to-One Product Development: Manage discovery, MVP, launch, and iteration with AI-enabled prototyping.
• Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership: Lead engineering, design, data, risk, operations, revenue, legal and compliance.
• Raise the Bar for Product Craft: Establish patterns and execution standards for scalable zero-to-one work.
• Lead a culture of ownership and clear decision-making across senior stakeholders.
