Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company with flexible work options. Most roles can be performed from anywhere in the U.S., with some in-person onboarding opportunities as needed.

As a Group Product Manager within the ZT1 Labs group, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms, partnering closely with engineers, analysts, and designers to build, launch, and scale. You’ll work directly with the CEO and executive team to turn ideas into durable, scalable businesses.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience with a strong track record shipping and scaling consumer-facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end-to-end and ability to articulate business impact.
• Direct experience leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas with meaningful outcomes.
• Experience working closely with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
• Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms.
• Lead full lifecycle product development from discovery to iteration.
• Own UI/UX and use AI tools to prototype and iterate on working concepts.
• Write customer-facing copy across the product experience from onboarding to in-product guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and ensure high product quality.
