affirm is seeking a Group Product Manager for its ZT1 Labs group to own vision, strategy, and roadmaps for new products and platforms. You will partner with engineers, analysts, and designers to launch scalable products and collaborate with revenue teams to bring them to market.

You will define outcomes and metrics, drive cross-functional execution, and lead a small, senior team in a highly ambiguous space with no direct people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for prototyping, design, content, and analysis.
• Strong communicator capable of securing alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Adept at influencing engineering teams outside your reporting line.

Responsabilités

• Drive full lifecycle for new products and platforms: discovery, validation, MVP, launch, iteration.
• Own the UI/UX, using AI to build prototypes that are tangible and testable.
• Write and refine customer-facing copy across the product experience, from onboarding to in-product guidance.
• Independently analyze customer behavior, build funnels, and use data to guide decisions.
• Own end-to-end experimentation, including hypotheses, design, metrics, results, and iteration.
