Affirm, Inc. seeks a Group Product Manager for its ZT1 Labs portfolio. You will own vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products, partnering with engineers, data scientists, designers, and revenue teams to scale breakthroughs.

You'll work closely with the CEO and executive team to turn ambitious ideas into durable, scalable businesses, driving cross‑functional execution and high‑impact outcomes for the product platform.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience in consumer or platform products.
• Experience shipping end-to-end software products with business impact.
• Proven ability to lead zero-to-one or highly ambiguous product areas.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, design without direct authority.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across multiple groups.
• Founder or early-startup experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Understand customers and strategic context to guide innovation.
• Define product vision, strategy, and a prioritized roadmap.
• Lead full lifecycle development from discovery to launch.
• Own UI/UX and prototype using AI tools for tangible tests.
• Write customer-facing copy across the product experience.
• Analyze user behavior, build funnels, and guide decisions.
• Own end-to-end experimentation with hypotheses, tests, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and ensure quality.
