Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for the ZT1 Labs portfolio. You will own vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to build and launch valuable platforms.

You'll lead a senior, cross‑functional team, drive zero‑to‑one innovation, write clear specs, measure outcomes, and work closely with the CEO to turn high‑level ideas into durable businesses while delivering customer value.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience with a track record shipping consumer‑facing or platform products.
• Ownership of technical software products end‑to‑end and ability to articulate business impact.
• Experience leading zero‑to‑one or highly ambiguous product areas with outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data, design, and other teams without direct authority.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional work in complex environments; startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products and platforms, partnering with engineers, analysts, and designers to launch.
• Lead full lifecycle: discovery, validation, MVP definition, launch, and iteration.
• Own UI/UX and prototype with AI tools to make ideas tangible and testable.
• Write customer‑facing copy from onboarding to in‑product guidance.
• Analyze customer behavior, build funnels, and use data to guide product decisions.
• Own end‑to‑end experimentation, with hypotheses, tests, metrics, results, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align ZT1 roadmaps with core product roadmaps.
