Job summary

Taos Ski Valley is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales and Private Events team in Taos, NM. The role drives the sales process from inquiry to event execution, coordinating group sales, weddings, corporate retreats, and site tours.

You will manage sales inboxes, maintain the Group Sales Master Calendar, prepare proposals and contract files, audit billing summaries, and assist with room blocks and timelines using iVvy, Siriusware, Inntopia, and SMS.

Qualifications

• A degree in Hospitality or Event Management is preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Hospitality-focused with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group sales, weddings, and corporate retreats from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Guide the sales process as the primary administrative partner for the Sales team.
• Manage sales inboxes and maintain the Group Sales Master Calendar.
• Prepare proposals, contract files, and audit billing summaries.
• Coordinate site tours and support Private Events Manager with room blocks and timelines using iVvy, Siriusware, Inntopia, and SMS.
