Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent.
• 5+ years in supply chain/logistics/warehouse industry.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Experience leading large multi-level teams.
• KPI/customer KPI management
• LEAN experience preferred
• P&L responsibility preferred
• 1+ year in multi-client or sales exposure preferred
• Knowledge of Ryder products and services preferred

Responsibilities

• Set goals, assess skills, develop and evaluate staff.
• Develop direct/indirect reports and provide ongoing feedback.
• Create and maintain location processes; cross-train teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and KPI improvements.
• Enhance employee retention and reduce overtime.
• Lead location process improvements and audits.
• Oversee SOX-related invoicing and revenue recognition.
