Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 5+ years in managing and developing direct reports.
• 3+ years developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management.
• 3+ years leading teams in a Lean work environment.
• 3+ years in Profit & Loss responsibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Develop location processes and manage cross-training.
• Ensure KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
• Oversee SOX invoicing and revenue recognition where applicable.
• Lead and develop multi-level teams across locations.
• Maintain staff levels to optimize productivity and cost.
