Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or 2+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams in LEAN environments.
• 1+ year managing customer KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Goal setting, IDPs, performance evaluation and ongoing employee feedback.
• Develop direct and indirect reports, train staff and maintain staffing levels.
• Create location processes and cross-train CLS and CLC.
• Improve customer satisfaction and review KPI tracking.
• Oversee SOX invoicing and revenue recognition steps.
