Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support for multiple Sales Executives. The role acts as a bridge between the property and clients, delivering service aligned with the property's standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ year guest service experience, and 2+ years of administrative experience; a related Bachelor's degree is preferred and hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in Guest Service.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Administrative work, preferably in hospitality, hotel, or sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and special handling alerts.
• Liaise with travel advisors; coordinate with property operations; manage inbox distribution.
• Serve as a resource on activities, services and amenities within the resort.
• Coordinate site/FAM tours, prep keys, dining, and client coordination.
• Manage schedules, appointments, conference calls, and travel arrangements for Sales executives.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain confidential files.
• Provide excellent service aligned with brand standards and build strong client relations.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and support Executives during absences.
