Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in Las Vegas to oversee the smooth operation of assigned housekeeping areas. You will supervise, train, and assist staff, conduct daily briefings, and ensure rooms and public areas meet standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and 2+ years in a related field. Weekend and holiday shifts are part of the schedule, with comprehensive wellness and employee benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the assigned housekeeping area.
• Supervise, train, direct, and assist all employees assigned to the area.
• Conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with Guest Room Attendants and House Persons.
• Ensure rooms, hallways, lockers, and lobbies are cleaned to department standards.
• Perform daily guest room inspections and visual checks of guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor staff productivity and address areas below standards with coaching and discipline as needed.
