MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a detail‑oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations of designated areas, supervise staff, and ensure rooms and public spaces meet the highest cleanliness standards.

You will conduct inspections, manage workloads, provide training, and give feedback to keep guest satisfaction high while maintaining safety and brand standards across the resort.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and ensure smooth operation of assigned housekeeping area.
• Supervise, train, direct, and assist all employees in the area.
• Distribute workload fairly and evenly among staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with staff.
• Ensure cleanliness of rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas as per standards.
• Perform daily guest room inspections per department standards.
• Monitor staff productivity and report any underperformance to supervision.
• Counsel and discipline employees in accordance with policies and provide feedback.
