Job summary

MGM Resorts International is hiring a Casino Host Services Specialist in Las Vegas, NV. You will support the Casino Marketing team with reservations, inquiries, and coordination for rooms, dining, golf, transportation, cabanas, amenities, spas, and nightclubs.

You will answer lines, share hotel services information, and assist departments to deliver exceptional guest relations in a fast-paced environment. You will also manage guest profiles, comp criteria, and resident show blocks while adhering

Qualifications

6+ months of relevant experience in front desk, VIP services, casino marketing, or high-volume customer service.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Provide support for Casino Marketing Operations and Executives, assisting with reservation bookings and inquiries, and coordinating reservations for rooms, dining, golf, transportation, cabanas, amenities, spas, and nightclubs as needed.
Answer ACD lines and provide accurate information about hotel services to support Casino Hosts, VIP Lounge, and Special Events.
Demonstrate multitasking, sound judgment, and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
Evaluate casino play to issue complimentary amenities and settle customer accounts per comp criteria with up-to-date guest profiles.
Build and maintain ticket blocks in the resort system for resident shows.
Comply with Title 31 and attend mandatory compliance and training sessions; stay updated on policies and procedures.
