Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Orlando is seeking a Sales Birthday/SMERF Manager to lead our sales team in booking pre-sold group events, including birthday parties and corporate gatherings. This salaried role emphasizes relationship-building with clients, site inspections, tours, contracts, and seamless event execution.

The ideal candidate will have inbound sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
• Experience with inbound sales.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients on all aspects of group events, including site inspections.
• Site tours and in-person meetings with clients; qualifying leads.
• Contract creation and event coordination with operations.
• Represent AIKG at hospitality/trade events and drive bookings.
• Lead generation and achieving quarterly goals; ensure quality guest experiences.
