Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the location’s Sales Office and drive corporate and group revenue. You will coach the Sales Team, develop client relationships, and steer programs to achieve sales budgets.

You’ll actively pursue new business, manage opportunities, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences. This role offers commission opportunities and growth in a fast-paced entertainment

• Proven sales leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and hold a team accountable.
• Experience developing corporate and group business.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible work schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the location’s Sales Office.
• Coach, develop, motivate, and hold the Sales Team accountable for performance.
• Establish individual and team sales goals aligned with the location’s targeted sales budget.
• Drive the Sales Team to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Actively sell and develop corporate and group business.
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, researching, networking, and analyzing sales opportunities.
• Establish contacts and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients and prospects.
• Drive lead generation, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline, conversion, and overall team performance.
