Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the location's Sales Office and drive pre-sold group business, focusing on corporate and group sales across venues. You will coach the Sales Team, set and monitor targets, and ensure revenue budgets are met while coordinating with operations to guarantee a seamless transition from sales through event execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the location’s Sales Office.
• Coach, develop, motivate, and hold the Sales Team accountable for performance.
• Establish individual and team sales goals aligned with the location’s targeted sales budget.
• Drive the Sales Team to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Actively sell and develop corporate and group business.
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, researching, networking, and analyzing sales opportunities.
• Establish contacts and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients and prospects.
• Drive lead generation, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline, conversion, and overall team performance.
• Interface with clients on all aspects of group events, including site inspections, qualifying leads, menu selection, contracts.
• Interface with the unit operations team to ensure successful execution of sold events.
• Represent AIKG at hospitality, networking, and trade events.
• Process POS purchases.
• Responsible for a quality guest event experience and recovery.
• Ensure the highest level of quality product and service.
• Build productive, trusting relationships with clients and guests.
• Provide ongoing training and development to strengthen the performance of the Sales Team.
• Maintain accountability for achieving the location’s targeted sales budget.
