Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Sales Birthday Manager to drive group and birthday event sales in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will lead the sales process, coordinate with events and operations, and ensure a high-energy guest experience across locations in the United States.

Formación

• Experience with inbound Sales
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible work schedule with nights, weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States
• At least 18 years of age

Responsabilidades

• Interface with clients on group events, site inspections and contracts.
• Qualify leads, manage site tours and coordinate with operations.
• Prepare and present proposals for group events and birthday bookings.
• Lead generation and follow up to achieve quarterly goals.
• Coordinate with unit operations to ensure flawless event execution.
• Represent Andretti Indoor Karting & Games at events and promotions.
• Process point-of-sale purchases and ensure guest satisfaction.
