Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Sales Associate to uncover, convert, and service high-volume group and event business. This role drives group proposals, contracts, and action plans to achieve hotel sales goals.

You will manage CRM activities, build client relationships and coordinate with operations to ensure successful meetings and events. Must have hospitality experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in hotel/hospitality or equivalent experience/education.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Successful Department of Motor Vehicle check.

Responsabilidades

• Convert group and meeting inquiries to sales via fast response and strong sales skills.
• Build and maintain key client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Enter activities in CRM, trace next steps, manage pipeline and schedule meetings.
• Prepare group proposals, sales materials and contracts to win business.
• Create quarterly sales action plans and outline market segment strategy.
• Meet group room and catering sales goals contributing to lodge finances.
• Complete BEOs and resumes with precise details for clients and operations.
• Provide consultation on facilities and services during proposal and contracting.
• Monitor room blocks and communicate weekly with property staff.
• Resolve group complaints including billing, reservations, or contract issues.
• Provide information on meeting needs from negotiation to departure.
• Enter accurate rooming lists, routing, tax-exempt status and payments.
• Submit weekly sales activity reports to the director.
• Maintain PM account ledger for open accounts.
