• 12+ years leading multi-million-dollar client engagements in performance marketing at enterprise scale.
• 6+ years people leadership (managers and ICs) with coaching and performance management.
• Executive relationship leadership and change management; strong communication and expectation-setting.

• Design and socialize multi-year growth strategies across portfolios; align executives on ambition and investment.
• Nurture trusted relationships with C-suite; lead strategic client touchpoints and formal reviews.
