Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., seeks a Senior Vice President of Strategy & Planning to elevate client strategy across key relationships. You will mentor directors, shape strategy-to-execution, and lead across capabilities to drive growth and reduce waste.

Based in New York City, you will partner with senior leadership to raise the quality of Strategy + Planning, test new methodologies, and contribute to major new-business pitches while strengthening

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years of relevant experience in strategic planning, media, marketing, or communications.
• Deep expertise in Strategic Planning with media planning fluency and ability to translate thinking into execution.
• Strong understanding of online and offline media, audience strategy, and evolving landscape.
• Experience advising senior marketing and media executives and influencing high-level decisions.
• Diagnose complex client situations and align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience coaching senior strategists and planners to elevate professional craft.
• Ability to influence teams and senior leaders with strong communication.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across media planning, analytics, and data.

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to senior marketing and media executives across priority clients.
• Diagnose complex client situations and identify practical paths forward.
• Elevate Tinuiti’s Strategy + Planning craft, standards, and quality.
• Provide senior mentorship to Director/Senior Director level Strategic Planners.
• Strengthen strategy-to-execution linkage between planning decisions and activation.
• Collaborate across capabilities to assemble the right expertise for client problems.
• Lead selective new-business efforts with strategic narratives in high-stakes pitches.
• Strengthen NYC market presence through relationships, thought leadership, and community involvement.
