Job summary

Stealth Partner Group, an Amwins Group Company, is seeking an Account Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to be a pivotal contact for clients, supporting Sales and Account Executives in implementing and servicing Stop Loss policies.

You will assist broker and client partners, ensure clear communication, and deliver our white-glove service. Position is in‑office with the option to work from home up to two days weekly after training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Group Benefits and at least 1+ years in Account Management
• Bachelor's degree or strongly preferred
• Arizona Life & Health Insurance License preferred
• Strong business acumen, teamwork, written/verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Strategic collaboration with Sales and Account Executives to develop and implement strategies for new and renewal accounts.
• Provide client services including processing policies, endorsements, invoicing, and certificates of insurance; manage payments with premiums department.
• Coordinate claims between field team, broker, client, claims analysts, and carrier; ensure eligibility documents are received and audited.
• Serve as main point of contact between internal departments and external partners throughout the client lifecycle.
• Manage compliance and PHI/HIPAA privacy; process confidentiality agreements and business associate agreements; distribute Schedule A’s.
• File maintenance and document management for client meetings, issues, decisions; track policy documents.
• Maintain relationships with Sales and Account Executives to support cohesive strategies in the local market.
• Prioritize day-to-day workload balancing new business, renewals, and service duties.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to address client and policy needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
