Job summary

Amwins is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to manage client relationships and service Stop Loss policies. The role blends in-office work with up to 2 days remote after training, interfacing with Sales and Account Executives to deliver seamless service.

You will coordinate client services, compliance, and billing while building strong partnerships with brokers and clients. A strong background in group benefits and office proficiency helps drive success in this hybrid

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Group Benefits and at least 1+ year in Account Management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or strongly preferred
• Arizona Life & Health Insurance License preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Strategic collaboration with Sales and Account Executives to develop strategies for new and renewal accounts.
• Collaborate with brokers, clients, administrators, and carriers to support Stop Loss pricing and services; manage invoicing and certificates.
• Coordinate claim reimbursements with the Claims team and ensure PHI/HIPAA compliance.
• Serve as the main communication liaison between internal departments and external partners.
