OneDigital is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager for a hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, serve as the primary contact for benefit-related needs, and collaborate with service teams to optimize renewals and enrollment processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or consultative roles, with a Life and Health license and strong knowledge of health and ancillary products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or consultative experience required.
• Life and Health license required.
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products; familiarity with the quoting process and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day book of business and serve as client contact for benefit-related service needs.
• Advises clients in reducing costs while offering competitive benefit options.
• Lead renewal process and enrollment meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Build proactive client relationships and communicate industry changes and trends.
