Amwins Self-Funded is seeking a Claims Reporting Specialist in Scottsdale, AZ to join our in-office team. After training, you may work from home up to 2 days per week in a hybrid arrangement, with the opportunity to collaborate across the Claims Department and Sales teams.

You will prepare internal claim reporting, ensure accuracy with internal teams, and develop special reports for brokers and clients while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems will be critical to success.
• Proven ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to cooperate within a team environment.
• Effective communicator, both written and verbally.
• Confidentiality is a must.

Responsabilités

• Internal Claim Reporting: Prepare and issue internal claim reporting to designated recipients.
• Accuracy: Work directly with internal claims teams to ensure accuracy of internal reporting.
• Collaboration: Work with internal sales, Account Executives and Account Managers to maintain external distribution lists.
• Communication: Respond to external parties timely with answers to questions.
• Special Reporting: Oversee and develop special reporting for broker and clients.
• Customer Service: Maintain high service levels with brokers, clients, TPA and carriers.
• Ad Hoc: Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
