Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Austin is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of our apartment communities. You will keep grounds clean, operate hand and power tools, and respond to resident requests with professionalism.

This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and reliable execution of tasks from landscaping to snow/ice removal, while communicating clearly with residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Groundskeeper experience preferred.
• Landscaping or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Team player with ability to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and creates a welcoming environment.
• Maintains the physical condition of the property.
• Uses hand and power tools for upkeep.
• Picks up debris and removes objects from the property.
• Responds to issues outside of normal hours when required.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
