Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal and exterior features of our apartment communities. You will perform tasks in grounds maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and support a high standard of property appearance and resident satisfaction.

This role emphasizes safety, timely servicing, and clear communication with residents and the Service Manager. Weekday and weekend availability is required to uphold community standards and resident experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day grounds operation of an apartment community.
• Computer Skills: Rudimentary knowledge and ability to access company software and perform standard repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Keeps common areas neat and free of litter inside and outside.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices to residents.
• Reports hazards to supervisor.
• Demonstrates customer service when interacting with residents.
