Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas, amenities, and overall curb appeal across our communities. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and support resident satisfaction through attentive service.

The role requires physical work outdoors, weekend availability at times, and adherence to safety policies. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Performs exterior landscape and curb-appeal tasks across the community.
• Demonstrates strong customer service when engaging with residents.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily; removes litter and pet droppings.
• Handles make-ready tasks by preparing vacants for new residents.
• Cleans and maintains dumpster areas and common spaces.
• Completes service requests and communicates hazards to the supervisor.
• Assists with safety meetings and adheres to OSHA-related requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
