Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance and curb appeal of our multifamily communities. You will inspect grounds, amenities, and common areas, perform minor repairs under the direction of the Service Manager, and keep sites neat and safe.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus preferred experience in property management and customer service. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Licenses: Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Keeps common areas, offices, and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash and prepares vacants for the make-ready process.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Follows safety policies and participates in safety trainings.
