Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community well-maintained, address routine service requests, and support make-ready turnover. You will help preserve curb appeal and safe, inviting common areas while interacting with residents in a courteous manner.

The role requires standing, walking and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, with a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on site; flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep grounds and amenities clean and presentable.
• Removes litter and debris from common areas and vacated apartments during turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and supports the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates work safely and codes are followed.
• Communicates notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Provides courteous resident service and handles complaints about maintenance.
