Greystar is seeking an on-site maintenance associate to maintain community grounds, assist the service team, and support make-readies for vacant units. You will handle waste removal, basic repairs, lock changes, and safety-compliant operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation, physical stamina for lifting and movement, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Competitive benefits accompany base pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant apartments for showings.
• Completes minor service requests and assists with turn processes.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Delivers courteous resident service and responds to maintenance questions.
• Complies with safety policies and attends required safety training.
