Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Service role to ensure the physical aspects of the community are maintained, with responsibilities spanning grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. The candidate will support the service team and contribute to a safe, well-kept living environment for residents.

The role involves outdoor work in all weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and maintains storage areas.
• Completes routine service requests and assists in the turn process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gate safety per policy and codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Demonstrates customer service by treating residents with respect and addressing complaints.
• Attends safety meetings and reports accidents promptly.
• Follows OSHA and safety-related requirements and policies.
