Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site maintenance associate to keep the community clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will support the service team, handle make-ready tasks, and assist with turnovers while ensuring safety and customer service standards are met.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, trash removal, lock changes, and reporting hazards. A valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property is required, with physical tasks and flexible hours expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep common areas tidy.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units during the make-ready process.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist in the turnover process.
• Change all locks per policy and ensure pool area gates meet safety standards.
