Greystar is seeking a maintenance associate to ensure the community looks its best and to support the service team. You will handle routine tasks to keep grounds and amenities in top condition, support the make-ready process, and help maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and clean.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and cleans storage areas.
• Fulfills minor service requests and assists with the make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool-area gates operate safely and per codes.
• Distributes notices to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors.
• Delivers respectful customer service to residents and addresses maintenance questions.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required safety trainings and reports incidents.
